Toddler Program Day Requirements Please send your child each program day with any items requested for the day, including suitable clothing for the weather, a refillable water bottle, and any required snacks or lunch. Children should arrive dressed appropriately for outdoor and farm-based activities. Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping children off at the scheduled start time and picking them up promptly at the scheduled end time. Invoicing & Payment Once your registration has been reviewed, an invoice and payment instructions will be sent by email. Full payment is required to confirm your child’s space. Registration requests are processed in the order they are received, and a submitted registration does not guarantee placement until payment has been received and confirmed. Registration & Cancellation Policies Program spaces are limited and subject to availability. If a selected day reaches capacity, registrations may be placed on a waitlist. If a family needs to cancel, notice should be provided as early as possible. Administrative decisions regarding cancellations, date changes, transfers, credits, or refunds remain at the sole discretion of program management unless otherwise stated in writing. Weather & Safety Program activities may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, site conditions, staffing requirements, or other safety concerns. The program reserves the right to modify activities at any time in order to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of children, staff, animals, and visitors. Families will be notified of significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible. Farm Policies & Expectations Children are expected to follow staff direction, participate respectfully, and treat the property, animals, equipment, and other participants with care. Unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from activities or dismissal from the program where necessary to maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone. Acknowledgment of Risk & Release of Liability I understand that participation in Toddler Program activities, including outdoor play, farm-based experiences, interaction with animals, use of equipment, and physically active programming, involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of my child(ren). I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered child(ren), that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I voluntarily permit my child(ren) to participate in the Toddler Program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the program, its owners, staff, volunteers, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in program activities, except where caused solely by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
