Camp Terms, Policies, and Liability Waiver

Camp Day Requirements Please send your child to camp each day with a packed lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle. Campers should be dressed appropriately for the weather and should bring a hat, sunscreen, and a change of clothing when appropriate. Water will be available throughout the day, and a special snack may be provided on select days. Invoicing & Payment Once your registration has been reviewed, an invoice and payment instructions will be sent by email. Full payment is required to confirm your child’s space in camp. Registration requests are processed in the order they are received, and a submitted registration does not guarantee placement until payment has been received and confirmed. Registration & Cancellation Policies Camp spaces are limited and subject to availability. If a selected date reaches capacity, registrations may be placed on a waitlist. If a family needs to cancel, notice should be provided as early as possible. Administrative decisions regarding cancellations, date changes, transfers, credits, or refunds remain at the sole discretion of camp management unless otherwise stated in writing. Weather & Safety Camp activities may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, site conditions, staffing requirements, or other safety concerns. The camp reserves the right to modify programming at any time in order to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of campers, staff, animals, and visitors. Families will be notified of significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible. Farm Policies & Expectations Campers are expected to follow staff direction at all times, participate respectfully, and treat the property, animals, equipment, and other participants with care. Unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from activities or dismissal from camp where necessary to maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone. Acknowledgment of Risk & Release of Liability I understand that participation in camp activities, including outdoor play, farm-based experiences, interaction with animals, use of tools or equipment, and physically active programming, involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of my child(ren). I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the registered child(ren), that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I voluntarily permit my child(ren) to participate in camp programming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the camp, its owners, staff, volunteers, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in camp activities, except where caused solely by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
